I am only a management student in Turkey and I want to be a part of the SalesForce family or gain money with SalesForce. Therefore, I started my beginner level of admin journey. However, I really do not know how can I improve my skills and be an admin in SalesForce. Am I in the right way? How can I work for SalesForce? In my country, it is not popular too much so I really do not know how can I be an employee for SalesForce.

@Emirhan Karaorman, you can help them even if they do not use Salesforce yet. Salesforce is a CRM. They all need the capabilities of a CRM. But they may not understand this. And they may not have a CRM because they are afraid of the cost and difficulty in learning a new software. Salesforce helps with the cost by offering 10 free licenses to non-profit organizations. You can help with the understanding because you can study Trailhead.
