@Andrew Cafourek It does not appear #Topics in #LEX is not in parity with Classic.
- If I click on a Topic, I want to see all the occurrences where the Topic was used.
- I want to see all the records, where the Topic has been applied.
- I want to create reports on a Topic usage.
- I want to be able to create List Views and filter by Topic.
Is this possible? #Lightning Roadmap?

2) Custom report type. Go to setup and look for "report types"
3) It's two different things. Records can be associated with topics, it's just the related list that shows up on a topic and shows all related records that we are working on
