Is anyone having issues hearing Fred now?

Actually, I could hear you fine when you pulled the headset plug out. There were a couple of other times during my evening when the sound went - but then, it could have been my connection. It was a long day for me, doing a normal work day and then listening to a 6 hour webinar. 11.00pm was a late finish. Worth it though. Thank you!
