Hi, we are using Classic, and I keep switching back and forth from Classic to Lightening just because sometimes I cannot not find what I am looking for. My question is, Is there any migration that needs to be done before we can switch our users from Classic to Lightening?

Something that we did for one of my user groups when we started thinking about transitioning was give someone a Lightning permission set in a sandbox and have them run through regression test cases. This essentially ran them through their business process while in Lightning, and they could make notes about what worked, what didn't, and what technically worked but might need some tweaking.
