Hi guys!  I have an ISR who is attempting to send an email to a Lead, but an error keeps popping up saying that she has "insufficient privileges".  I have looked through the object and record level permissions and there isn't anything that should be preventing her from being able to email this lead.  She is the owner of said lead as well. HELP!
