#LightningLounge When does the last run date for the reports update? Does it update each time a subscribed report is sent out? Does it update when a dashboard is used? or does it only work when a user opens the report?

It updates only when a report is opened in Report Run Page UI or API, so not every time a subscribed report is sent out or a dashboard refreshed.
