I am new to Lightning and I am trying to create an App and I am have some challenges locating the List View tab to help me create the views. Any thought on that ?

hi @Kwaw Yankey! If you have clicked on the object name, you should see a little gear icon. Within that, the first option is to create a new list view. This article does a great job of pointing everything out (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=lex_find_list_views.htm&type=5)!
