Hello All,

I want to share a File with a group and make everyone in the group a viewer. But, in that process, I do NOT want them all to get a chatter or email telling them the file has been shared with the group.

I know an individual user can turn off getting the email message (Sends me a message)  but there are other use cases where they need to get that email message. So I do not want to mange this user by user. I just want to share the file with the group and no notifications happen.

Is what I am wanting to do possible?
