I have an approval process on the opportunity object, where the approver is also reviewing a File that is related to the opp. The approver is a "viewer" of the File and the File was created by someone else. Therefore, the approver does not have the ability to upload new versions of the file or delete it.  I'd like to give the ability to upload a new version. According to this article, giving the "Modify All Data" permission is the only way. Are there any other ways I could do this, without giving the system Modify All Data permission to this user?

Hi @Kevin Crews We have recently built a solution for this very use case that uses Drawloop (Nintex DocGen). We provide versioning, and we cycle the document for review and or approval to internal Salesforce users or external users. We have a basic website up as we have just started publishing it Filecycle.net ... I would love to connect and learn more about what you are doing.
