@Joey Len Thanks for taking time to respond back to me. Never too late. We did start designing our lightning console and it took us about 2 to 3 weeks to get it to a stage where we think it's okay to begin with. We are now working on building our knowledge base and planning to release lightning console with knowledge in next 3 to 4 weeks. We want to launch lightning console along with lightning knowledge, primarily because we do not have knowledge in classic right now and by migrating with lightning knowledge will allow us to convince our users that lightning has more to offer than just a redesign.
Yes, we are planning to launch in phases with a pilot group to begin with. This is definitely the way to go for me especially because I am the solo admin/developer and the feedback from pilot users would allow me to make it better if we can before we release it to wider audience.
