When you enable Lightning Experience, boost adoption by preparing your users to work in the new interface. We’re here to help your training efforts with some automated, in-app onboarding.

Beginning April 10th, 2018, users with the Lightning Experience User permission will see “It’s Better in Lightning” learning prompts that show how to use common features in Lightning Experience. These prompts appear when a user accesses certain features in Salesforce Classic, such as Tasks and Calendar. And because it’s best to learn in context, users can switch to the feature in Lightning Experience and see exactly how it works in the new interface. Throughout 2018, Salesforce will roll out additional feature learning prompts, giving you even more training and onboarding support.

You can choose which learning prompts best support your org’s Lightning Experience rollout. To control the prompts that users see, access the new Onboarding & Assistance setup page. From Setup in Lightning Experience, type “Onboarding & Assistance” in the Quick Find box.
