So is this an absolutely insane idea -
When I look at rolling out lightning to a group of users there is a TON of work to be done and when we look at it - it's downright overwhelming. What I'm thinking of doing is going object by object and converting business processes over rather than users, but exposing it to them via Lightning Out. Then when we get a good amount of a group's processes moved over to lightning flip the switch for them.
Insane? Bad idea?
It's easier for us as an organization to align on one process at a time and clean up rather than 20-30 processes per team we'd bring over.

Unfortunately process and user group don't necessarily line up. There are multiple processes shared globally (sales and meeting processes are the most heavily used). To do both would be tons of work at one time for a group of users. So looking at tackling one and then exposing it out.
