Hi folks - We are looking to build Einstein capabilities for Files to help users close deals, cases faster. The thinking is to provide the most relevant content on leads, opptys, cases, accounts and other records.
Who has similar needs and wants to provide feedback. I;d love to share what we are thinking about and understand your use cases better.

I don't really have a use case but know that platform services doesn't yet handle long text very well. I'd love to know more.
