Hi-I'm starting to create custom apps with App Builder in Lightning and realized that fellow admins with the same profile, "System Administrator", now need unique profile names so I simply went and cloned the System Administrator profile and renamed it and reassigned it to the other admins. It was working great but suddenly they can's transfer leads. I've checked all permissions and literally I cloned the existing profile so not sure why it's not working. Any suggestions to troubleshoot that I may be unaware of? Thanks, all.
