I am unable to figure out how to relate a lead record with a task/activity created using a flow.

I have a series of questions that creates a new task or logs an activity.  The flows are placed on the Lead object (Lightning) unfortunately it does not associate the lead with the task.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to have the newly created task/activity show on the the Lead detail page under activities. - Thanks
