I spoke to @Vin Addala yesterday after the Lightning action presentation at Dreamforce and he suggested that I post the question here. Does anyone know if the quote object will be quick action enabled in the future?  It would be so easily accomplish my goal of being able to create a new quote from an opportunity if only quote was available as the "target object". Other objects, even custom object related to opportunities are available, but not quotes.  Is this an attempt to push me towards CPQ?  Currently I do this in classic using a URL hack, but obviously that's not supported in lightning.
