Does anyone have a home page layout setup for folks that work cases. We are adopting the Service Cloud and was curious what layouts other have used.

Erik a few new components of potential interest will be available in the Winter release coming up in October:
- List View (which can be configured to show a particular list view of Cases)
- Dashboard (which can be configured to show a dashboard of your choice)
