I'm trying to create a "New Contact" global action that creates a contact under a specific account but when I try to pre-define a value for the "Account Name" lookup, I cannot specify the Account ID. How can I pre-define a specific account in the lookup value (it is a global action so there are no related records)?

Thank you @Kamyar Seradjfar for your response. This can be accomplished with easily with a URL hack and a button but I know these are not supported so enabling this feature is very much in need.
