I just discovered a new issue today. I used the UserInfo.getUIThemeDisplayed(); to check if the user was using the lightning interface and even though he was using Lightning the function send me the 'Theme3' value instead of the 'Theme4d' expected.
I ran some test on my own, with Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 and got the issue every time.
The weirdest thing is that this function was working few weeks ago and we didn't changed anything since then.
Does anyone have a lead for me to work on it ?

Thank you for your quick answer.
I realized I didn't explain clearly enough : the function "UserInfo.getUIThemeDisplayed()" is used in an apex class.
Even though we migrated to summer '17 this shouldn't be impacted in my opinion.
