We have been using Salesforce since 2004 -2005. We are using Solutions extensively. Solutions is not being moved to Lightning - the path is to Knowledge. This a very expensive change for a small organization with 4 licenses. Knowledge license is almost as expensive as our current Sales License. Is a user able to be logged into both Classic and Lightning at the same time? We copy information in Solutions for use in Cases and Emails.
