Hi Team,
We have record types for Task and Events in our Org. In classic, we are using standard New Task/ New Event buttons but they are not appearing in LEX. When i add record type to corresponding Global actions, then it's appearing.
Is it correct to say that we need to create new actions corresponding to each New task/ New Event record type...? Also, will Object- Specific actions work if we need to show these options in Activity tab on Record pages, or Global actions needs to be created.?
Any inputs will be appreciated.!!

I cannot add the Task tab to my Classic app tabs in Lightning - is there a trick or do I need to convert the app to be a Lightning app first?
Also, do you know if there is a way to add an event (having the option to choose the record type and include all the fields you see in Classic?
