Hi Gail - Nice to "meet you". I saw you posted a question in the success forums about creating a collection variable from another collection variable in a flow. I'm actually trying to do the same exact thing today. I posted in the dev forums, but no luck so far. Have you made any progress on this one? Thanks!

Thanks @Gail Hallett - I confirmed with Salesforce Support that this functionality doesn't exist in flow today. What workaround are you using? I know you can call a Record Lookup/Update in the middle of the flow, but I'm scared that we will be hitting governor limits in certain situations. We might actually need to use Apex here instead.
