@Cheryl Besch Hi Cheryl, I recently joined this group and I am excited to be a part of it.  I work for Salesforce and travel between St. Louis and Kansas City and currently focus on our customer service solutions on the platform for our enterprise accounts (solutions such as Service Cloud, Customer Community, Field Service etc.)  Do by chance know when the next group event is scheduled?
