If this is impacting you, be sure to indicate it on this Known Issue!
With the #Summer16 release, LEX stopped accepting a leading decimal on number and currency fields. ".25" is translated to "25.00" in LEX. Be sure to test your orgs and report the known issue's impacts here.

I'm not sure if that's related or not @Chinmay Vedpathak. I've been seeing similar errors across Lightning Experience over the last few weeks.
