Any one here use dupe Catcher for your migration? How does it work and does it catch Duplicates in real time? Meaning if i put in a record will it catch the duplicates at that time or do i have to run it for it to be caught.

If I am not wrong that Dupecatcher is not working with Salesforce1, while "Duplicate Management" work well with Salesforce1.
But, I do not think "Duplicate Management" able to replace all functionality available in Dupecatcher
