I have a customer who is planning on taking Admin Cert shortly... next week or two. They were asking whether the test would include material through Summer or Winter Releases?

It's Winter '16. When your customer registers on Webassessor for the exam, they will see the release that's being tested in parentheses after the title of the exam.
