Can you please tell me if you have a definitive line (in weeks, months) or time frame for implementing Leads, Opportunities, Customer Support - this would include gathering documentation, full scope roll out. Your experiences would greatly impact my ability to set time frames as well as share with stakeholders who like to have a perspective from those well vetted. Starting from scratch to roll out - train.
