My case # is 00093606. I am waiting to hear back from Salesforce certification at the earliest with a resolution. I had technical issues while taking my exam and was unable to complete my test with 30 minutes to go. I was told by Kryterion that my test was saved and I can start once salesforce responds back. I raised a ticket on the 9th last week but have not heard back since then. Can someone help me with this?

Thank you @Lauren Chan Appreciate your quick response. Are there any changes coming to the sales cloud and service cloud exams as well? I have been hearing about the dev401. Please confirm when you get a chance. Thanks again!
