Detail: On February 13, 2015, the Salesforce Technology Team delayed the scheduled upgrade of the Spring '15 release for EU0. The original upgrade time of 22:00 UTC was delayed until 22:10 UTC. At this time the Spring '15 release was performed, completing at 22:11 UTC. During this release upgrade, customers may have experienced an inability to access the Salesforce application. Thank you for your continued business and patience during this situation.

Root Cause: The problem was caused by an unexpected delay during preparation tasks for the Spring '15 Release. The delay of the preparation task was resolved and the release proceeded as normal.
