A knowledge check question says the following
Identify the advantages of declarative customization (Select all that apply).
1. Enhanced Security
2. Ease of upgrades
3. Requires minimal programing knowledge
4. Ease of Maintenance
I selected 2,3 & 4 and got it wrong.. its 2 & 3.. Yellow box came up with.. That's incorrect. Declarative customizations are easy to upgrade and maintain and do not require programming knowledge..
Won't Ease of Maintenance be the same as easy to maintain?

Sounds like an error - ease of maintenance should definitely be included, especially given the message you're seeing. Are you able to raise a (certification and training) case for this at http://certification.salesforce.com/open-a-case?
