Very frustrated. The home page my sales people see is completely useless. Issues: The dashboard only refreshes manually? I can not even force them to have a specific dashboard component. The calendar is way at the bottom of the screen. They can not see immediately what they need to do that day. I can not display statistics such as metrics we monitor for them.

Why is this so thin on modification? I have not looked at VisualForce. Is that something that can help us with this?
