Planning end user training for your organisation? Remember to include the WIIFM (What's In It For Me)! It's human nature to avoid change so it's imperative that we tell users why we want them to change the way they do things. Start with why Salesforce was chosen by the organisation (such as anywhere, any time, any device access) and then pick a few key benefits that will improve the life of the user (such as Chatter for easier collaboration). Effective instructors can 'sell' Salesforce to the users by focussing on the benefits of usage.
