Is it possible to disable task record creation for individual sales cadence for every step?? If yes how??

Hi! After setting up the cadences we would like to have one or two cadences which are hidden for the sales-team and only viewable by the sales-manager. The next problem is that these cadences have to be linked. An example: a sales-agent has a lead and calls/emails the customer-to-be but cant reach him. After all steps in the designated path the lead enters automatically the cadence of the sales-manager. This lead souldnt be in the sales-agent´s workqueue anymore. Does anyone have a solution?

@Emilia Wy I would suggest using Sales Cadence Folders. You can create a "Sales Manager" Sales Cadence folder and keep those 2 cadences in there. Share that folder only with your managers. Since the other agents won't have access to these sales cadences they won't be able to add those dead leads. So you can either make sure Sales Managers assign those leads to the sales cadences. Or setup automation that adds leads to those sales cadences. You could use your lead stages as a trigger possible. H&T article for automating adding to sales cadences

We have been using HVS Cadences for more that a year and would like to archive some Cadence Step Trackers because they are using 3.5GB of our precious data storage. The support team indicated that "delete" is not available in the API. I can generate a report of trackers to target. How can I export and delete these IDs?
