I have a record triggered flow on create. When a constituent fills out a form on our site, it creates a web form record. When the record is created the form itself is dumped as a pdf into files. Additionally, contacts and other objects are created and then an email goes out to specific users. The hope was to be able to attach the form that is linked to the web form record.
When I debug I see the Get ContentDocumentLink found records AND i see that the ContentDocumentLink is picked up within the action yet for some reason when the email is delivered there is no attachment. I browsed through the documentation and I am not sure I fall under any of the troubleshooting.
I thought maybe my job's Spam filter dropped the attachment so I tried other emails, like gmail, still no attachment? any ideas??
@Raquel Riemer - I had a very similar issue recently bringing in attachments from Formstack and associating with a SendBetterEmail... for me it was about timing. The submission of the form and the creation of the attachments were a few seconds apart... just enough to not be there yet when the flow was triggered. I had to build in a 1 minute delay to get the attachments and send the email. Hope this helps!!
