I need help with the top N issue with this spread sheet. I need to display the top 10 drivers with the total miles <1,000

Hello i have been trying to solve this problem for a week  and it isn't getting better.  I am attaching a list of drivers and their behavior metrics this viz should display the top 10 drivers with the highest "Safety Score" and who have greater than total 1000 miles "Total Distance in mile" I used filter in the driver name field to get 20 10 by Safety Score and that work but when I added the filter for Total Distance in miles it reduce the list to only 5. What am I doing wrong, I added driver's name field to the context.
