四半期に1回添付ファイルありのデータバックアップを実施しています。
ファイルの数が毎度約430ほどあり、ダウンロードをポチポチ自分たちでおして、指定のフォルダに格納すると、ZIPファイルの容量が大きいこともあり10時間以上かかってしまします。
これを自動化する方法はありますでしょうか？ダウンロードをひたすらポチポチするいかないのでしょうか？

To schedule an export in Salesforce, navigate to Data Export in Setup, select Schedule Export, and configure the frequency, dates, and data types, including options to include attachments and replace carriage returns. The system will generate a zip archive of CSV files and email a download link, which remains available for 48 hours.
