I have a .csv structured like this (I have more columns):
So I have for each user name some columns with hashtags they use.
Now I want to know which account is using which hashtags and I also want to know which hashtag is being used most.
How can I do this?

Hi Eveline,
You may want to Pivot the hashtag columns,
then use the Tableau-generated [Pivot Values] column
-- as a Measure like COUNTD( [Pivot Values] )
to count the # hashtags by Users
-- as a Dimension to do a COUNTD( [user_id] )
when counting # Users by hashtag.
