I have installed the Simba ODBC Connector for Bigquery on my laptop.
It has been configured and I used it to connect to Big Query using a Service Account on Tableau Desktop (2021.4) . It worked fine. I was able to create dashboards and refresh data.
I then published the workbook (.twbx) on Tableau Cloud. When I tried to refresh the extract it always gives the following error :
This job failed on 8 Sept 2022, 16:00 after running for 0.0 min because of: java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred when refreshing extracts for the workbook 'BQTest2'. Tableau doesn't support extract refreshes for one or more data sources in your workbook. (errorCode=60007
Could you let me know what I may be doing wrong and how I can make this work.

If you are using an ODBC (Other) connection instead of Tableau's built-in BigQuery connector, you need to use Tableau Bridge to make the connection.
