Creating a summary count

Hello All,

[Very new Tableau, so apologies if a similar question has already been answered in the past.]

I have a data set (attached herewith) where I need to show the number of males and females by each corporate level along with the total count of population for the entire data set. I have managed the first bit, that is create a worksheet with the breakdown of the population by each corporate level. I have used the #Number of Records as column and Corporate Level as Row. To it, I have added the Gender as Mark - Colour. This is all well and good and I am representing the data on a bar chart. Where I am struggling is to the get the count of the full population on the same bar chart. Does anyone know how can I achieve it? I am not sure if it is even possible on a single bar chart area.
