Coloring a line as per Dynamic Threshold

Hi,

I have a weekly Metric value, which needs to be colored with respect to Threshold. Threshold also changes weekly. There are two threshold values: Green & Yellow. I need to color the Weekly Metric values (lines) in 3 different color depending on its value, i.e. Yellow when Metric value is less than Yellow threshold, Light Green when value is between Yellow & Green, Deep Green when value is above Green Threshold.

Can I do it in Tableau?

Please help.
