Anyone using Actionable Lists in NPC?

Hi! 

I  was wondering if anyone is successfully using Actionable Lists in NPC? I have been playing around with Actionable Segmentation and Lists in our Sandbox and have been only partially successful in setting it up. I have some random questions. If anyone has any insight - I would appreciate it! 

1. We have been told by some consultants and I have read in some formums not to use Interest Tags as they are difficult to report on and have some other limitations. Actionable Lists uses Interest Tags so I guess my question is it worth using them to use Actionable Lists?
2. Our ultimate goal is to generate these lists and then use them in Marketing Cloud (Engagement, not NEXT) but I am unsure how to do this and can't seem to find much documentation on doing this. Has anyone done this?
3. When trying to "Add more members" to an Actional List, I selected additional members and click add members and nothing happens. I am assuming this is a bug?
4. For those that are using Actionable Lists, what other purposes are you using them for?
