I work for a small-mid size business that’s growing quickly, and has just moved all operations into Salesforce (invoicing is still external, but we’re working on it!).
I am a team of 1 trying to support and develop a roadmap, and I am going to need to expand. I’m wondering if anyone here has had this experience of starting as the only, and growing a dev &support team.
I’m looking for a mentor!😂
