Happy New YEAR K12 Data Fam! Make it a resolution! You have good stuff to share!
The Tableau Conference 2026 Sessions Call for Participation ends Friday, January 16, 2026
!
Getting more K12 voices on stage is a huge priority so we can learn from peers who understand the challenges and opportunities for impact. The conference is happening in person in
San Diego from May 5-7. If you have a great use case or a dashboard that’s changing how your district works, I highly encourage you to submit a proposal!
Presenters receive free admission to the conference (transportation, room and board not included).
- Themes: This year’s focus areas are Agentic Analytics, One Interoperable Portfolio, and Data Culture and Community.
- Notifications: You will find out the status of your submissions by the end of February.
Potential Session Ideas for K12:
- Agentic Analytics: Using AI to predict student needs or automate attendance alerts. (Share how you use Tableau Agent in Prep, Cloud or Server)
- One Interoperable Portfolio: How you merged SIS, assessment, and finance data into one view. (I see you interactive cross-department dashboards!)
- Data Culture: Strategies used to get principals and teachers excited about data. (Do you have data PLCs that use Tableau?)
- Viz Whiz/Outliers: Technical deep dives into compliant dashboarding or accessibility. (Stupid Tableau Tricks anyone? stupid as in 80s silly stupid or 90s killer stupid)
