Hi everyone, I’m trying to embed a Salesforce Web-to-Lead form directly in the body of an email (not as a link to a hosted page) to generate leads, but it’s not working—no leads are created in Salesforce after submission.

To answer directly:  Web-to-Lead forms cannot be reliably embedded in emails  because most email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) strip out JavaScript and block form submissions for security reasons. Better Approach: CTA Button → Landing Page Instead of embedding a form, include a compelling call-to-action (CTA) button in your email that links to a landing page with your Web-to-Lead form.
