What’s new in V3?
- NEW: SenderRating – Your email reputation at a glance! Get a single numerical rating (out of 100) based on the weighted impact of key deliverability metrics, making it easier than ever to track your sender health and performance trends.
- Spam Complaint Data by Top Complaint Domain – This metric identifies the single domain generating the highest spam complaint rate for your email program. This data includes only domains that provide complete performance reporting; domains that report incompletely are omitted.
- Conversion to Percentages – Bounce and complaint rates are now displayed as percentages to match how mailbox providers assess your sending reputation. This means your view is in parity with how mailbox providers evaluate your deliverability, helping you make smarter adjustments.

Hi @Dheeresh Boga - is there a chance that your IP address changed? That would be the first thing I'd check out. If so, you'll need to add it to the values in the ipRange variable in the code. Check out the steps to verify your IP address toward the end of the V4 setup document here.
