I'm researching Volunteer Management with NPC cloud, and I would like to use this opportunity to ask if anyone knows how Salesforce intends for customers or partners to implement a volunteer management solution given that V4S doesn't align with the current data architecture of NPC cloud.
Also, would the consideration of building a custom solution be a good idea, and what might it take to do such?
Volunteer Management with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) is a concern for many Salesforce customers and partners, particularly because Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S) has not evolved to align with the new Nonprofit Cloud architecture.
Although Salesforce has not officially announced a replacement for V4S within NPC, based on the current product roadmap, it appears that the focus is shifting toward modular solutions using Flows, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud for customization.
