Hello All,
I have enabled Interaction Summary in the FSC cloud and added the Account Interaction, and Interaction Summary components to the account record page. I created an Interaction record related to the Account, Interaction Attendees record related to Account, and Interaction Summary record that is related to the Account and its Interaction. However, for some unknown reason I cannot see the interactions for the account on the record page. What can be the reason for this? Am I missing something here? Please advise.
