We have translated a product name to French, but when it is added to Opportunity Products, it shows the English name in the related list, but when I click on the Opportunity Product to open the record, it then shows the French as desired.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to open a case with Salesforce support?

I see what you are saying, but there is no option to add the Product name to the related list. Just the look up "Product" field is available. I even have a couple of formula fields the look up the Product2.Name field which I use elsewhere, but they are providing the English always as well...
