I have a User with a profile of - "Admin user with edit capabilities". We want her to take on the responsibility of merging accounts. Her role is above all Sales personnel. However, she does not have the "Merge Accounts" option in Lightning nor Classic.
What do I need to activate (I assume in her profile), for her to have this option?

Thanks for your reply. I have updated the profile to “Modify All”, and will check with my User tomorrow to see if that allows her to have access to Merging Accounts.
