I am STUCK with related lists. I've created a new custom object for Grant Recommendations and see the related lists for Accounts and Funding Requests on the Grant Recommendation page, but it's not matching/pulling in records to the list. I cannot figure out what I'm missing!

• Are there accounts?
• if you have a lookup on an object to another object, you need to have records that have the lookup field already populated - @Hayley Tuller I think this response was from you not sure I got it down right can you check? :) 

I understand there’s out of box template to create a branded portal for grantseekers. Does it include prebuilt grantmaking application form template too. (using Nonprofit Cloud)

• there are very few assets in npc orgs so you would need to build this from scratch using omni studio, could also do it in flow or also buy a tool like formassembly or formstack.

Hi, This is my first Q & A. Am delighted to be here. We are having a duplicates issue with our npsp. We have received a number of emails with a massive amount of duplicates and any help with resolving this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks

• Skye's suggestion - check the ID of the error, look in the URL, if you take the record ID that's causing the error it will take you to the record that the trouble-shooting record is sending
• once you get to the bottom of the source, whats the best way to solve the error or find the root cause.

In setting up NPC, I need to assign all the Perm Sets and create new ones. I'm confused about the 'Select the Type of ...'. I'm unclear on the three options. If I have only a few users, should I just go ahead and assign it to the base profile and expand from there? (using Nonprofit Cloud)

I work for a nonprofit that is moving from our own personal platform over to SF for client tracking purposes. We have a 3rd party building SF for us and when it is done, I will be training my company how to use it. Also, I will need to fix any bugs that come up and improve on the basic processes built out for us. Therefore, do you think it is wise to get SF Admin certified? I have been studying and it is a lot of material that is not necessarily all relevant to what I will specifically be doing with SF. I do want to be as prepared as I can thought to train my company and would love your advice!
